Personal Statement
Everybody has had a moment where they did something that was wrong but had a genuinely pure desire behind it. In that moment, people are often not given the chance they need to explain their intention. It is my desire that each of my clients has the compassion on their soul that they needed in those moments, but did not receive. It is my desire to help people process their trauma, understand their reactions, establish healthy boundaries, and build a thriving community. I am passionate about working with individuals and groups to provide lasting healing and self-leadership. I am passionate about working with trauma, compulsive behaviors, and behavioral addictions. I believe it is an honor to be able to sit with people in their pain and assist in their healing journey.

Approach to Therapy

You are the expert of your own life, journey, and story. With that said, we often do and say things that we are not quite sure of where they came from or why we are doing/saying those things. I believe that all of these behaviors are present for a good reason, even if the action that follows that reason is harmful. My approach to therapy is to follow your lead as you map out your life so we can explore why your mind and body are responding how it does. We can then work together to help establish regulation and self-leadership over compulsive behaviors and live a life of freedom where every part of yourself can feel safe and loved.
