Personal Statement
As relational beings, the people in our lives can be the source of our deepest hurt yet also our deepest healing. The journey toward healing to self-discovery, acceptance, growth and change, and becoming a healthier version of oneself is unique for each person. As a therapist, my goal is to provide my clients with an accepting, inclusive, and compassionate environment to begin or continue their exploration into life’s unknown, complex, and often sensitive territory. One of the most inspiring and humbling experiences of counseling for me is witnessing my clients bravely entrusting, not only myself, but themselves to open up and encounter their most vulnerable selves. This process takes time and healing is gradual but the outcomes can be so rewarding and deeply transformative.
I continually strive to be an advocate for my clients, offering unconditional support while upholding the highest standard of professionalism and ethical care. My hope through this collaborative therapeutic experience is to offer clients guidance in achieving their goals, and to gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of their lives. Along with empowering them to embody their strengths with confidence as they venture though their personal life journey. Growing up in Montana, my heart is always drawn towards nature and its beauty. Though as much as I love being in the mountains, I love traveling and exploring new places and cultures. Some of my most cherished moments are spent being present with my loved ones, and of course enjoying snuggles with my dogs.

Approach to Therapy
Building a secure foundation of trust within the therapeutic relationship is paramount. I approach each client as a unique individual, seeking to listen and learn from their worldview and from a genuine heart for understanding. My therapeutic relationships are dualistic, meaning that both sides of the equation matter and combining intentional action through applying oneself, meaningful change can happen. In this process I have the privilege to walk alongside the individual to support, educate, and encourage. I believe our healthiest selves emerge when addressing the mind, body, and soul integrating a holistic approach to find balance and resilience in all areas of life.
