Personal Statement
I believe that life doesn’t have to be that heavy. Counseling can provide a lightness to the heaviness you may be carrying. I am passionate about you understanding and becoming who you are created to be. I believe that being a counselor is truly an honor and a joy. I believe life situations have shaped our thoughts and beliefs and sometimes leave us feeling stuck. When you have a safe space, my hope is that you will begin to have the freedom to heal and grow.

I have lived in all parts of Chicago for the past 12 years and currently reside in Oak Park. My husband pastors a small church in the area. We enjoy going to the movies and eating good food. I have my masters in clinical mental health counseling.
