Approach to Therapy

As a therapist, I lean into my client’s strengths and offer a secure environment for self-discovery toward the path of restoration. I seek to provide a place that will facilitate personal growth and healing through empathy and support. I hope to provide a safe environment in which my clients can process their emotions as they journey through understanding how to reach and sustain ideal daily functions. In my clinical experience, I have seen success integrating therapeutic methods of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others, tailoring them to the needs of the client.
